Orders outside of Mainland US:

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery after dispatch

  • These orders are shipped via UPS SurePost and delivered by USPS for Final Mile delivery

  • Tracking may pause en route but your order is still on its way

  • If tracking hasn’t updated after 14 days, please contact Customer Support

PO Boxes, APO Boxes & Military Addresses:

  • APO, FPO, and DPO deliveries can take up to 60 days or more due to military handling times

  • PO Box deliveries may take up to 10 working days, but can occasionally take longer

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please keep an eye on your junk or spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.

  • All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified.

  • Gift Card purchases don't count towards qualifying for a free shipping threshold.

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to Military Addresses in EU countries.

  • In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary during sales or holiday periods.

  • If applying a discount code takes your order total below the free shipping threshold, free delivery will no longer apply.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT HASN'T ARRIVED?

If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you’ve not received it, try the following:

  • Double-check safe places around your property

  • Ask a neighbour or building manager in case it was left with them

  • Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off
